Shipping charges are based on the item's weight to anywhere in the US (lower 48 states) via UPS Ground. Please see the shipping tab located at any items display at the "add to cart" process of your ordering.

Our Shipping Pledge:

We normally ship in-stock orders the same business day, from the time your payment clears, as long as your order is ordered by *3PM EST. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on a Friday morning, the soonest it will arrive is the following Tuesday. Orders placed after *3PM EST will normally ship the following business day. All of our products are shipped with great care to minimize shipping damage.

Tracking Your Order:

UPS allows you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is paid and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number in your E-Mail address given at registration.

Domestic Shipping:

Within the lower 48 United States, we offer shipping to any location (Excluding AK, HI). We are unable to ship to PO (Post Office) boxes, APO (Military) boxes or FPO (Foreign Post Office) boxes. We only ship UPS Ground or LTL Service.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally via UPS only to Canada. We cannot ship anywhere else at this time. Canada shipments will have additional shipping and handling charges associated. As an exporter, we have a dedicated customs broker. For each item ordered we charge a broker fee, duties and the shipping directly to you. Canada residences will have to pay territorial taxes if they are collected. This additional fee is a percentage based on the item and will be added to your total at the checkout process.

Canada shipments are also shipped in bulk. We ship to Canada every Wednesday and Friday. This drastically reduces the overall cost to our Canada buyers. If you have any questions on how this works, please give is a call at 800-801-4186 M-F 8am-5pm EST.

Total Delivery Time:

Order Processing (same day) plus UPS/Carrier Shipping Time (in business days)
For example, your in-stock items would arrive in a max of 5 business days - 0-1 business day for processing and total amount of time for average business days shipping time (East Coast 1-2 Days, Central 3-4 Days, West Coast 4-5 Days). Please note that shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additionally, we require one business days to process your order for shipment. The shipping time shown is the time it takes UPS to deliver the product to you after we process your order.

Shipping Packaging Policy:

Due to the rules and regulations set forth by UPS, all UPS Small Pack Ground/Air packages must be shipped with at least 2" of interior foam/bubble wrap or paper packing material. Therefore, your new item may be opened in order to add this additional packaging material before shipment. This no way effects the warranty or condition of the unit being purchased. *Holiday Delivery Times
Due to the holiday, UPS Ground and UPS Freight will not be shipping packages on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 and 1/1. Please refer to the chart below. If you placed an order and the map shows a delivery date on the dates above, please add 2 business days for additional delivery. UPS does not move packages on Holidays or Weekends. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Address Requirements:

Your shipping address must match your credit card address(s). For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses if the name differs completely. We are also unable to change the address after payment. No exceptions.

Combined Shipping:

Shipping can be combined for certain items. Our shipping process is based on weight. The more you add to your cart the heavier it weighs. The shipping charge is calculated automatically. If you order more than one item, it may come in different shipments or all in the same. This depends on the weight and item you are purchasing.
