If you bought a product that was described as "NEW" or
"WORKING" and you received it in a condition other than
stated, Bargaintory.com will issue a FULL REFUND including return
shipping and the original shipping charges. This must be brought
to our attention within 7 days from receipt of the product via
email or phone. This is for all items EXCEPT motor vehicles, scooters
or anything that requires titling via state law.
If a product is received broken, damaged in shipping, or DOA (Dead
On Arrival), Bargaintory.com will replace the item at no expense
to you (if one is available). A claim through the shipping company
will be made and your assistance may be required. In the event that
one is not available, a similar product may be substituted with
your approval, otherwise, a full refund will be made. This must be brought to our attention with either a Phone Call or Email within 7 days after receipt.
If you receive a product that you would like to return for a refund different from example 1a & 1b,
the product must be returned at your expense. Purchases must be returned in the original
packaging. The original and return shipping charges will not be
refunded. A restocking fee may apply. The schedule starts as follows once you receive the item: (*)This excludes kitchen/bath/vanity cabinets and vehicles currently titled.
0-14 Days: No Restocking Fee
15-30 Days: 20% Restocking Fee
31+ Days: No Returns Accepted
(*): Motor Vehicles that are currently titled are not returnable or refundable
(*): Kitchen cabinets have a 25% restocking fee per cabinet return and must be returned within 30 business days after receipt.
For an item that is sold "AS IS - NO RETURNS," the product
cannot be returned for a refund. Please be sure to read the product
condition and review the photos carefully before buying. This will
be indicated in the items description. 99% of our items listed on
our site are brand new.
All returns require a pre-authorized RMA from Bargaintory.com and
must include all items (and associated parts) in the box that the
item was shipped in.
Restocking fee's may apply depending on your return schedule. Restocking fees are between 0-25%. If you plan on returning an item, please see above for return schedule and fees associated located at reference number 2 above.
