ELITE MOTORCYCLE WARRANTY Broco Supply Inc dba Bargaintory offers the following product warranty policy ("Warranty") exclusively through an Authorized PA Registered Motorcycle Dealer (BRS MOTORS INC) ("Dealer").

This warranty covers vehicles containing the World Manufacturer Identifier ("WMI")* code LAW,5P4 or L1E within its Vehicle Identification Number ("VIN").

*The LAW, 5P4, L1E code is the first three digits of the VIN.

Warranty Duration:

30 Days from date of purchase

ALL WARRANTIES above are valid as long as the vehicle ("Product") has been operated and maintained according to the recommendations of the manufacturer. This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the Product from the Dealer, and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee, or other recipient of the Product.

* In the event of a warranty claim, the Purchaser shall be required to produce a valid warranty registration claim form, and deliver the defective part for exchange to the Dealer at his or her expense. You will need to provide the Make, Model, Invoice Number and VIN of the Product. This information is available on your bill of sale and/or invoice. The Dealer may help you determine what, if any, part is defective, and can offer technical advice and support if needed by phone, fax, or email. The Warranty shall be void if the Purchaser modifies the Product in any respect, including, but not limited to, the use of parts other than genuine Qianjiang Motorcycle, Strada Motorcycle, or Yamati Motorcycle manufactured parts.

THIS WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

ENGINE: Engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. rings, piston or pistons, wrist pin or pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rod and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain gears, rocker arms, valve springs, valve guides, cylinder head(s), engine block, and cylinder barrel or barrels will be covered if solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The cooling system must be in good working order including cooling fan or fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (CDI, magneto, and all sensors and electrical control sending units), fuel systems, gaskets, seals, filters, mounts, linkage and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSFER CASE: (SHAFT DRIVE) All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components comtained within the transfer case. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U-joints, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts, or fluids are not covered by this agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL: (GEARBOX) All internal lubricated parts contained within the gearbox housing case. The gearbox housing itself if damaged solely as a result of a mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained in the gearbox housing. Accessory items, included but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkage, vents, pump, electrified controls , mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSMISSION: (Automatic or Manual) All internal lubricated parts contained withing the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solelty as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case. The complete hydraulic system must be filled including internal transfer case, oil cooler, lines, and new filter(s) installed accessory items, including but not limited to, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

Plastic shrouding, body panels, lenses, lens reflectors, remote, remote alarm modules, key fobs, seat upholstery, light bulbs, tires, brake pads, brake linings, drive belt, clutch shoes, variator or batteries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Subject to limitations stated in this agreement, Broco Supply Inc agrees, at its discretion, to replace a covered component if such component fails as a result of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the warranty period, while the component is being used under the conditions and in the manner specified by the original manufacturer.

All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred if any while submitting parts for review, repair or replacement are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Any damage, during shipping of a scooter or motorcycle to the Dealer, on the initial purchase must be filed and claimed by the Dealer through the freight delivery company, and is not the responsibility of Broco Supply Inc.

The Warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the Product or failure to function resulting from failure to operate or maintain the Product in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner's manual provided by the manufacturer; or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations to the Product by anyone other than the Dealer; or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than the manufacturer.

These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness.

The Purchaser represents and agrees that any claim that it may assert against the Dealer, shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.

The Dealer will make every effort to assist you in getting your Product up and running as quickly as possible if a part fails or is defective within the warranty period.

This Warranty does not include labor, wearable parts, damage from abuse, misuse, or neglect; or damage incurred during shipping. If you have a part that needs replacing please contact the Dealer. If a part is not in stock the Dealer will make every effort to obtain a replacement part from our supplier as long as the part is available. All parts must be returned for inspection before replacement parts are shipped. If a problem cannot be diagnosed over the phone, you may be asked to take the vehicle to your Dealer, at your expense including labor, for diagnosis if you do not have a mechanic to troubleshoot the problem. We will consult with the shop and furnish any necessary or warrantied part as outlined above.
