I called Bargaintory
this morning to get some info on a tankless gas water heater. Typically,
customer reps are inept at best, but I was pleasantly surprised
with how knowledgeable Beth was. I was firing off question after
question, and Beth was answering them very thoroughly. My questions
were so in depth, I actually stumped her once...then she did the
unthinkable: she talked to an installer and read over the manual
to get the answer...AND SHE SUCCEEDED! She answered my questions
so thoroughly, I bought the water heater right then and there.
this excellent is unheard of in this day and age. She listened to
my questions, understood them (which is also becoming more and more
of a challenge, since I only speak English), and made her recommendations
based on my questions. Because of Beth, I've "liked" Bargaintory
on Facebook, and I'm telling everyone I know how great Bargaintory
is! I was a little shocked to find that Beth wasn't on commission.
I'd recommend some sort of enticement, because she is a natural
at selling! However, I thought that since she isn't on commission,
the least I could do is to let the boss know what an excellent job
forward to my water heater arriving, and I'm looking forward to
doing more business with Bargaintory!
