Bradford White EverHot Tankless gas models are the solution to commercial water heating with the temperature, output and BTU ranges to meet almost any demand for hot water. Standby heat loss is eliminated for optimal energy savings and these outdoor models save premium floor and room space. They offer variable, digital control of the water temperature while monitoring and maintaining efficiency. EverHot water heaters can also be manifolded together to serve even higher demands.

Remote Control: Exterior models are shipped with a primary remote controller. For both interior and exterior models, only one controller can be used. Provides 96-180 Degree Fahrenheit. Optional controls provide 96-120 degrees F setting.

Direct Electronic Ignition: No standing pilot.

Very Low Noise Level: 49dB.

Fully Automatic Controls: Outgoing water temperature is monitored by a built-in sensor. Burner and combustion blower modulate between minimum and maximum input to maintain set point temperature. If the temperature of the water exceeds 6 degrees above the set point temperature the burner will shut down. The burner will ignite once outgoing water temperature falls below the set point.

Self regulating inputs: Exterior Models 15,000-199,000 Btu's.

Diagnostic Controls: Error messages in numerical codes are displayed on primary control.

Cut Energy Waste: Models only run when there is a demand for hot water.

Low NOx Emissions: Less than 40 PPM

QUALITY QUALITYQUALITY. I HAVE SEVERAL OF THESE UNITS WHICH ARE MADE BY RINNAI. YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH THESE UNITS. THEY WILL SAVE YOU ALMOST 50 OVER MOST OF YOUR 50 GALLON WATER HEATERS. AND THEY WORK WELL IN COLD CLIMATES WITH THE BUILT IN FROST PROTECTION.

2011 Federal Tax Credits for consumer energy efficient appliances is back but is a little different than the 2010 version. The tax credits that were 30% up to $1,500 EXPIRED on December 31, 2010. Due to the high demand of consumers, new tax credits were passed for 2011 but at lower levels.

Please note, not all ENERGY STAR qualified products qualify for a tax credit. ENERGY STAR distinguishes energy efficient products which, although they may cost more to purchase than standard models, will pay you back in lower energy bills within a reasonable amount of time, without a tax credit.

For water heaters, the tax rebate is a max of $300.00 or 10% of your appliance purchase and installation costs. The water heating unit must account for 14 thru 25% of the energy consumed in your home and have an energy efficiency rating of greater than 0.82 or a thermal efficiency of at least 90%.

All Rinnai, Rheem, Richmond, Rudd and Paloma brand tankless water heaters offered by Bargaintory.com fall under this rating and are eligible for the 2011 tax credit for consumers.
